FRIED LIVER STEAK 
Steak:

beef liver, cut into thin slices
3 or more juiced tangerine or kalamnsi (Philippine lemon, found at most Filipino stores)
potato (optional)
soy sauce

Sauce:

(as much as needed or as much as wanted)

garlic
onion
butter
cornstarch
water
oyster sauce

Steak: marinate liver in soy sauce and citrus juice for 30 minutes. Fry with a little bit of oil over low fire.

Sauce: saute garlic, onion in butter. dilute cornstarch in water with a little bit of oyster sauce for color only.

*serve sauce over meat
