TANGY COLESLAW DRESSING 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar OR honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix 2 tablespoons milk with mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Covers 1/2 to 3/4 of a large head shredded cabbage. May sprinkle paprika on top for color.

Love this recipe. I add a little celery seed and a dab of lemon juie to the dressing. I buy the coleslaw cabbage pre shredded with carrots and I also add some minced onion. Another thing I do is substitute apple cider vinegar for the white vinegar. Overall a good tasting dressing.
