Taco Seasoning Dry Mix

In looking for a recipe for a dry taco seasoning mix, I found two from Cooks.com - the one above calls for the same ingredients as the regular "Taco Seasoning Mix," except this one (Taco Seasoning Dry Mix) uses tablespoon measurements, rather than teaspoon measurements for onion and garlic powders, cumin, paprika, oregano and sugar. Which one is correct? Thank you.

Hi Marcia,

I wouldn't say that one was more correct than the other, only different! Just as manufacturers use different recipes to make the same products, different cooks have their own methods of achieving their desired result. If you're looking for a spicier version, try the recipe with the increased measures of spices to see if it suits your tastes.
