SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
3 fresh artichokes (1 pkg. frozen may be used)
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. melted butter
4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. buttered crumbs

Prepare fresh artichokes. Cut artichokes hearts into small pieces. If frozen artichokes are used, prepare according to directions. Cut in small pieces. Saute onion in butter, add spinach, sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, lemon juice and garlic salt. Add artichokes pieces to spinach mixture along with pulp. Mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
