POOR MAN'S LOBSTER 
1 lb. frozen haddock, cut in lg. pieces (frozen cod or pollock can be used)
2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay is good)

In a 4 quart pot add salt, seafood seasoning to water and vinegar; bring mixture to a boil. Add frozen fish. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Drain and serve with melted butter.

This is good but not fantastic. By the time the fish boils down it shrinks a lot so plan on at least a half pound per person. Low cal and pretty quick to fix.

Terrible, just terrible! Followed recipe to a T and found the cod to be both tasteless and overcooked. Better to saute, broil or fry! Don't waste good, freshly caught fish on this one... makes the whole fishing trip a waste of time.
