AIR-DRY CLAY
1 c. water
3 c. salt
1 c. cornstarch

Mix water and salt. Place in pan over medium heat. Gradually add cornstarch and heat until mixture thickens into a mass. Cool the clay on a piece of aluminum foil before kneading. Form into creative sculpture, ornaments, etc. Air dry. Hardens to a smooth finish.

Note: When using cornstarch or flour in recipes, you may need to adjust the amount of cornstarch, flour, or water to achieve the right consistency. This is due to the variability of humidity in the environment and storage conditions.
