CHILI BURGERS IN CRUSTS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel drained corn
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/3 c. buttermilk baking mix
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk

Mix ground beef, corn, chilies, chili powder and salt. Shape into 6 patties, place on rack in broiler pan. Broil 4 minutes on each side.

Mix remaining ingredients until soft dough forms, beat vigorously 20 strokes gently smooth dough into ball on floured board. Knead 5 times. Roll 1/8 inch thick.

Cut with 4 1/2 inch biscuit cutter making 12 rounds. Place patties on 6 rounds, top each with another round. Pinch edges to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
