|SAUSAGE AND CHICKEN NOODLE DINNER|
1 (48 oz.) jar of Prego (green pepper and ground beef variety)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. of Bob Evans Italian sausage fat links
4 chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 lb. of stewing beef, optional
1 box of Mostaccioli Rigati noodles
Place Prego, Italian sausage, chicken breasts (with skin off of them), chopped green pepper, browned stewing beef (optional), and some Parmesan cheese into crock pot. Cook in crock pot for 8 hours (1 hour on high, 7 hours on low). Remove chicken and Italian sausage from the crock pot and chop up sausage and peel off chicken chunks from chicken breast. Place chicken and sausage back into crock pot mixture. Prepare noodles as per directions on carton.
Place cooked noodles on plate then top with crock pot mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Serve with salad, Italian bread and vegetable.
If you have some left over, combine noodles and mixture in Tupperware dish and reheat in microwave.
