MEATLESS LASAGNA 
6 lasagne noodles
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Oregano, parsley and basil to taste
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Swiss cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 sm. carton cottage cheese

Cook noodles. Combine tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and spices and cook briefly. Layer in this fashion: cover the bottom of dish with half the tomato sauce mixture. Next add 3 noodles and a thin layer of the cottage cheese. (Do not use the whole carton.) Then layer half the Swiss, cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. Place the 3 remaining noodles, the rest of the sauce, and the Swiss and cheddar cheeses saving the Mozzarella for the top. Cook until bubbly.
