GROUND TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1-1/4 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup carrot, chopped fine
1/2 cup zucchini squash, chopped fine
2 large garlic cloves, chopped fine
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1-1/2 tablespoons steak sauce
1 egg white
2-1/2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Prepare a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon turkey mixture into loaf pan and bake at 350F for approx 30 minutes. Check to see if done, if not lower temperature to 300F and bake for approximately 15 minutes more.

Serve with noodles, vegetables and salad.
