CHURCH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 sm. pkg. Creamettes macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk or broth
1/2 green pepper, minced
1 sm. bottle pimento, chopped
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together. Put in buttered 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Top with crumbs or crushed potato chips. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 12. Top with a serving of cream of mushroom soup diluted with broth or milk.
