In a large pot combine milk, cheese, sauce and soup; let simmer over low-medium heat. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces, shred carrots and mince cauliflower. When the cheese has melted, add the broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir; allow to simmer for 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally. For best results cool and refrigerate overnight. Heat and serve.
Makes up to 6 servings. Serve with crackers or bread.
