BLENDER POTS DE CREME
 

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. 2 tbsp. milk
Sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping

Put all ingredients except the last and the milk in a blender and whirl at high speed to mix ingredients and break up the chocolate pieces. Heat the milk just to boiling; pour into blender and whirl at low speed one minute.

Pour into 6 pot de creme or other small cups and chill several hours. Top with whipped cream just before serving.
