2 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. macaroni & cheese dinner mix
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sour cream mix
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 c. milk

In medium bowl, combine eggs, crumbs, onion, green pepper, parsley, the first 1/2 teaspoon oregano, garlic, salt and a dash of pepper. Add ground beef and mix thoroughly. Shape into 24 meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine dry cheese mix from packaged dinner mix, sour cream mix and the remaining oregano; beat in milk. Stir in cooked macaroni. Turn into ungreased 12 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Top with meatballs. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Serves 6.
