WALNUT BRANDY BALLS | |
1/2 c. softened butter 1/2 c. powdered sugar Dash of salt 1 tbsp. brandy 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour, sifted 1/2 finely chopped walnut - you can use other nuts if you want Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, and salt until fluffy. Stir in brandy and vanilla. Add flour and nuts, mixing well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Bake on a ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes or until light brown. Roll in additional powdered sugar. |
