ROUGHY ANTONE 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. fresh orange roughy fillets
2 tbsp. ReaLemon juice
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. Italian dressing
2 tbsp. Season All seasoning
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bottle pink Chablis wine

Marinate fillets in Italian dressing for 1 hour. Saute peppers and onions in butter until brown. Drain dressing from fillets and sprinkle with lemon and orange juice. Cover fillets evenly with seasoning. Cover fillets with sauteed peppers and onions. Sprinkle fillets with bread crumbs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serve to your wife with pink Chablis, broccoli and baked potatoes for a romantic healthy dinner. 1 or 2 servings will be left over for a later date. Serves 4.
