4 c. (2 lbs.) chopped rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 box strawberry Jello
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. melted butter
Pam (or another non-stick cooking spray
13 x 9 inch pan

Mix water and butter. Spray pan with Pam. Place chopped rhubarb in pan. Spread sugar evenly; spread box of Jello over evenly; spread cake mix over evenly. Pour water and butter over the above. Place in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Simple and delicious.
