BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. self rising flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. blueberries, dusted with flour

Sift together flour, sugar, cinnamon and allspice. Beat together milk and egg and add to dry ingredients. Add butter and mix well. Fold blueberries into dough mixture and spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 12 to 15 minutes longer. Makes 12 muffins.
