1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) box powdered sugar

Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine the cake mix with 2 eggs and mix until crumbly. Spread in pan over melted butter. Combine the cream cheese, box of powdered sugar and 2 eggs; beating well until creamy. Pour over cake mix evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool, cut into bars.
