18 eggs (beat well)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)

Add last four ingredients to eggs. Coat bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/4 cup butter. Pour eggs into pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 35 minutes. Delicious.
