RICE PUDDING (MICROWAVE) 
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. Minute rice

Place ingredients in a 1-quart casserole. Heat about 8 minutes on high, stirring every 2 minutes.

Serve warm or cold. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a few tablespoons of cream, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
