CREAMY ORANGE PINEAPPLE GELATIN
SALAD
 
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
2 c. sm. marshmallows
3/4 c. chilled pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

In medium saucepan, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add marshmallows. Over low heat, cook and stir until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat; pour into medium mixing bowl. Add pineapple juice; mix well. Chill for 1 hour or until slightly thickened. Add pineapple and carrot; mix well. Fold in whipped cream.
