SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. instant rice
1 egg

SAUCE:

1 bottle chili sauce
1 bottle water, fill chili sauce bottle
1 can cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients for sauce in a quart size pan. Mash cranberry sauce with potato masher. Simmer over low heat until hot.

Combine ingredients for meatballs. Shape into bite size balls. (Make 100 meatballs.) Add to sauce. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Serve on rice if desired. Leftovers can be reheated and even taste better.
