NUT BREAD 
3 c. graham flour
1 1/2 c. flour (bread flour)
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. sour milk (or buttermilk)
1 1/2 c. sliced Brazil nuts (optional)

Mix dry ingredients together and add buttermilk and stir well. Then stir in nuts (if desired), until evenly distributed. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake about 1 hour in slow oven at 325 degrees.
