CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 can chop suey vegetables
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown hamburger, celery and onions. Put in dish for baking, add rest of ingredients. Stir and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Put chow mein noodles on top just before finishing baking.
