CHICKEN AND CHICKEN RICE-A-RONI 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni, chicken flavor
2 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Butter

Brown chicken in 4 tablespoons butter and set aside. Brown 1 package Rice-A- Roni in 2 tablespoons butter. Then put in a 3-quart casserole. Stir in 2 cups hot water and the contents of the flavor packet, 16 oz. stewed tomatoes. Arrange the chicken on top. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Uncover last 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
