GOOD AND EASY PIE CRUST 
In a large bowl, combine:

4 c. flour
2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt

Slowly add 1 cup cold water - mix with fork. May have to combine with your hands. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Lightly flour table and divide dough into 4 parts. Roll out. Makes 4 to 5 single crusts. May be frozen.
