CORN WAFFLES 
1/2 c. milk
2 c. corn, freshly grated from cob or canned and drained
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add other ingredients. Bake in waffle iron. Serve like corn fritters, 6-8 waffles.
