7 LAYER SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) peach gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water for each pkg. of gelatin
2 c. milk, scalded
1 c. sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve each pkg. gelatin separtely in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 3/4 cup cold water. Stir. Do not refrigerate. To make sour cream mixture, add sugar to scalded milk. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until dissolved. Add gelatin to milk mixture, stirring well. With electric mixer, blend milk mixture into pint of sour cream. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Do not refrigerate. In 9 x 12 pan, place one flavored gelatin and refrigerate for 45 minutes. Then pour 1/3 of sour cream mixture over gelatin in pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Alternate remaining gelatin and sour cream mixture at 30 minute intervals.
