ARLENE'S BARBEQUES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown meat with onions. Add celery; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat well. Serve on buns.
