“POOR MAN'S SHRIMP AND GRITS” IS IN:

POOR MAN'S SHRIMP AND GRITS 
a good amount of grits
water (for the grits)
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans kipper snacks
1 (4 oz.) can smoked oysters
1 (4 oz.) can sardines (in oil with chilies)

Cook grits, by directions. I reduced the water and add the juices. Add butter and stir till melted. Add all seafood. Enjoy with eggs.
