JELLO SURPRISE 
2 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)

Makes one 13 x 9 inch pan. Prepare Jello as directed on box. Add strawberries and drained pineapple. Chill until almost set. Melt butter, combine with crushed pretzels and 3 tablespoon sugar. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan (bottom). Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar and whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Chill. Pour almost set Jello mixture over cream cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
