LOPEZ ISLAND SALAD 
2 bunches fresh spinach
1 pt. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 1/2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar

Rinse and pat spinach dry. Tear into "bite-sized" pieces. Add strawberries to spinach. Combine all remaining ingredients for dressing. Just before serving, add dressing to spinach and strawberries. Toss lightly. Serves 8 to 10.
