MY MOTHER'S PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. dark Karo OR maple syrup*
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. pecans, whole OR chopped
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 pastry shell

Mix together all ingredients (except pastry shell). Pour into pastry shell.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

*NOTE: I use Mrs. Butterworth's Butter Flavored Syrup.
