1 qt. orange juice
1 lb. sm. marshmallows

Bring to a boil orange juice and add marshmallows until are all melted. Pour into sherbet glasses and chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. (You can use the frozen orange juice, it's convenient and less expensive.)
