GEORGIA PEANUT BRITTLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. shelled raw peanuts

Place the ingredients into a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and boil until mixture starts to make a cracking sound, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add a pinch of baking soda and stir. Pour into greased pie tins to cool. Break apart.
