RAISIN PUFFS 
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook raisins and water together until water is gone. Add shortening and sugar and eggs. Combine dry ingredients. Add to other mixture along with vanilla. Make balls about size of walnuts. Roll in mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes.
