BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. berries

Grease muffin tins. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil. Mix in flour and sugar until flour is moist. Add berries. Batter should be lumpy. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
