BETTY'S BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 gal. chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. pkg. chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter

Melt butter, add chopped onion and saute. Thicken broth with flour - make a paste of flour and water, dilute with some chicken broth; then add to the remaining broth. Add the broccoli and season generously with lemon pepper seasoning and cook gently until broccoli is tender. Add cheese last and simmer until melted.
