MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
6 oz. can orange juice, thawed
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges

Crush Ritz crackers. Melt the butter. Mix crackers and butter together. Reserve some crumbs together for top of salad. Flatten remaining on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Filling: Mix thawed orange juice with Eagle Brand milk. Stir in thawed Cool Whip and drained oranges. Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with other crumbs and chill.
