DIABETIC PORK CHOPS AND GRAVY 
4 sm. pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. flour
Pepper (optional)
Parsley flakes (optional)

Lightly sprinkle pork chops with the 2 tablespoons flour and pepper lightly. Brown in Teflon skillet sprayed with Pam coating. Place in baking dish. Pour cream of mushroom soup over chops and 1 1/2 cans of water. Sprinkle with parsley flakes if desired. Cover tightly with lid or foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with potatoes or rice.
