1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar, confectioners
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Milk, for pudding mix

Mix flour, nuts and butter. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees; cool.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and confectioners sugar. Spread on crust.

Mix pudding mix as directed on packages and spread on cheese mixture.

Spread more Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with more nuts. Chill overnight.
