CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. grits
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 (6 oz.) roll bacon cheese

Cook grits according to package. Add butter and bacon cheese. Blend. Cool. Combine eggs with milk and stir into grits. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
