F.'S BANANA MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. (3) mashed bananas
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar and shortening. Add wet ingredients, then dry. Fill tins 1/2 full. Sprinkle with mixture of 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
