APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
2 c. hot water
2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. apricot Jello
2 smashed bananas
2 c. cold water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sm. marshmallows

Let Jello mixture set while preparing sauce.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour mixed with 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, whipped
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. creamed cheese

Mix above ingredients. Cook until thick, 7 to 8 minutes. While cooking, beat 1 package Dream Whip until stiff. Add to sauce, mix and spread on Jello mixture. Put in glass dish.
