40 lbs. hamburger, browned 3 pkgs. celery 5 lbs. onions 3 lg. cans tomato soup 1 gal. tomato paste Brown hamburger. Chop celery and onions. Mix together. Put in large electric roaster or oven. Bake on low temperature 6 to 8 hours. If mixture needs thickening, add 1 handful of oatmeal. Serves 30 dozen buns. |
