NO BAKE CHOCOLATE YUMMIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. rolled oats
16 lg. marshmallows

Melt chips, butter, marshmallows, and peanut butter over low heat in heavy saucepan or in microwave (works great). Stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour over coconut and oats, mix thoroughly. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Refrigerate until set. We usually double this recipe.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
