WHITE CHRISTMAS PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 env. Knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3 egg whites, beaten
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. (scant) sugar
1/2 pt. whip cream (whipped)
1 can Angel coconut

Cook milk and add the sugar, flour and salt (combined) for 1 minute. Add the gelatin and cool.

Add the combined beaten egg whites, cream of tartar, sugar, whipped cream to the above mixture. Add coconut saving some for the top of the pie. Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
