CLAM & CORN CHOWDER 
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. Creamette shell macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
8 oz. can creamed corn
2 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, undrained

In large skillet saute celery and onions in butter. Stir in water, shell macaroni, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in milk, corn and clams and cook just until heated through. 6 (3/4 cup) servings.
