OVEN HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns (cubed)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
16 oz. sour cream with chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped onion and green pepper if desired
12 oz. grated American cheese

Mix all but cheese and put in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Add cheese on top last 15 minutes.

Variation: Cream of chicken soup.
